Sagal Dualeh (she/her) is the Senior Director at the Canadian Women’s Foundation – a national leader in the movement for gender equality and gender justice in Canada. Sagal has over ten years experience working with a diversity of organizations, from non-profits and charities, to SMEs, social enterprises and entrepreneurs. She’s worked on funding initiatives in both the private and public sectors, from federal initiatives and philanthropic grant programs to supporting place-based investment funds. Sagal has championed resilient regional and local food systems, connected “food-preneurs” to global trade markets and value chains, supported community economic development programs, and incubators and accelerators. Most recently, she is supporting social impact organizations as they build their investment readiness and organizational capacity, while boosting the participation of women and gender diverse people in Canada’s growing social finance marketplace. Sagal is a committee member on the CGSB on Responsible Business Conduct. Sagal holds a B.Soc. Sc in Statistics and Economics and M.A. in International Economics & Finance.

With a vast experience inside Pro Mujer since 2017, Carmen is the organization's CEO. Correa previously served as Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, supervising the implementation of Pro Mujer’s social impact programs, which include expanding financial inclusion, providing health and well-being services, and offering skill-building opportunities to women across Latin America. 

Correa has more than thirty years of experience in operational management, strategic planning, and program execution focusing on sustainable development in Latin America. Before joining Pro Mujer, she led efforts at the National Research and Innovation Agency (ANII) in Uruguay, worked as Director of Programs at Fundación Avina, and was Director of Operations and Executive Director of Endeavor Uruguay. She also held different positions at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington DC and in the Organization of American States (OAS) in Uruguay. 

Carmen is part of the Advisory Board of Socialab Uruguay, an organization that promotes the development of social entrepreneurs. She is a mentor of Endeavor Uruguay and co-leads the Southern Cone Task Force of the Global Steering Group on Impact Investment. 

Correa holds a B.S. in Management from National- Louis University in McLean and has a Business Administration Certificate from Georgetown University, among other management development courses from John Hopkins University and USDA in Washington, DC, and ESADE/ORT in Uruguay. 

Vicki Saunders is an entrepreneur, award-winning mentor, advisor to the next generation of change-makers and leading advocate for entrepreneurship as a way of creating positive transformation in the world. Vicki is Founder of #radical generosity and Coralus (formerly SheEO), a global community of radically generous women supporting women-led Ventures working on the World’s To-Do List. Vicki has co-founded and run ventures in Europe, Toronto and Silicon Valley and taken a company public on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Vicki was received numerous awards for her work at Coralus including; UBS Global Visionary in 2020, YWCA Women of Distinction Award in 2020, Business Leader of the Year 2019 by the Toronto Regional Board of Trade, 2018 Startup Canada Entrepreneurship Promotion Award and was selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic

As the Founder and President of the think tank Criterion Institute, Dr. Joy Anderson has spent the last two decades helping investors, social change organizations and governments to think differently about finance. She has shaped the field of gender lens investing, pioneered approaches to integrating gender-based violence data into political risk methodologies, and authored numerous influential reports on using finance as a tool for social change. She also hosts The Criterion Institute Podcast, a series of open conversations with other innovative thinkers in finance. In 2021, Criterion received a major commitment from Global Affairs Canada to develop a global system of standards for the field of gender lens investing. Running throughout the institute's work is a deep understanding of systems change and power, and a commitment to inspire and include those who don't believe they have a voice or agency in financial systems.
