The Réseau d’investissement social du Québec (RISQ) offers dedicated loans to social economy enterprises offering financially viable and socially profitable goods and services. 

Elías Michelena is an investment financial analyst for RISQ and several other social finance financial tools in Quebec. He coordinated the Fonds Émergence for pre-start-up companies and helped create the Fonds d’innovation et croissance en économie sociale (FICÉS) and the Fonds l’ampli.
